General Reservation Terms and Conditions
Infant and Child Seats are only available in Minivans/SUVs. Sedans cannot have child seats at the moment due to space constraints.
Each vehicle has a maximum passenger limit and luggage capacity based on safety and comfort specification of the manufacturer and state authorities.
Hourly booking are applicable to services not further than 20 miles. If you need a vehicle for longer drives please try other booking options like Door to Door service or Long Distance Service.
Toll Taxes: As per the rules of Airport Authorities a two way toll is charged when you opt for an airport pick up or drop service through Logan Airport .
Similarly, there may be other tolls on particular routes and we try to factor them into our fare calculator accordingly. If it is not airport toll tax we include it in our regular fare.
In case of harsh climatic conditions like snow storms, where is it not practically possible to operate we may cancel the service and refund the entire amount. Similarly blockades caused due to security (serious national emergencies) reasons may lead to cancellation of the service.
For long distance services the toll charges and parking fee may differ based on passenger preferred routes and activities on the way. In such case the extra charge will be payable in cash to the driver or will be charged via credit card after the service.
On public holidays an additional Holiday surcharge of $20 will be charged irrespective of the service.
Gratuity: 20% gratuity is payable on all services.
Night charges: an additional $10 will be levied between 2000 hours and 0500 hours as night charges.
Cancellation / Modification Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Rules:
Any reservation can be cancelled by using our Cancellation/modification tool or by mailing us with proper booking details at least 4 hours prior to the time of service. If the reservation is outside from Boston city and more than 50 miles then 6 hour cancellation policy will be applicable. Phone calls will not be entertained. No refunds will be issued for cancellation/ modification made less than 4 hours before the scheduled service time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: - Free Cancellation 4 hour notice
1- For Sedan and SUV Reservations we requires 4 hours advance cancellations or reservation will be due in full, As for out of town pickups if the vehicle is already on the way then it’s a full charge if it’s not then its only 20% Cancellation
2- For VAN up to 8 Pax Reservations we require 48 hours advance cancellation or balances are due in full.
3- For Stretch Limos, Van and Buses (OTHER THAN PROMS & WEDDING RESERVATIONS) we require 72 hours advance cancellation or balances are due in full.
PROMS and WEDDINGS: -
1. 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all Prom and Wedding reservations.
2. All Balances must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event (Cash, Check or money order) or the reservation will be automatically canceled without notice.
3. Cancellations must be done two weeks prior to the event date or balances are due in full.
NO SHOW CHARGES FOR SEDANS:
No Show Rules: No-shows are not refundable under any circumstances. This includes flight delays and flight cancellations as well.
For larger vehicles like vans, mini buses and party buses the cancellation window closes 72 hours before service date.
Wait Time Terms and Conditions
Non airport pick ups: after grace period of 15 minutes elapsed, waiting time will apply
Domestic Arrivals: after 30 minutes grace period elapsed, waiting time will apply
International Arrivals: after 60 minutes grace period elapsed, waiting time will apply
Wait time charges are $75 per hour (For Sedans), $90 per hour (For SUVs) $150 per hour For Van 12 to 20 Passenger on all wait times that occurs after the given free grace Period has elapsed.
Responsible Usage Policy
Our Policy:-
1- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
2- Sanitation fee is $250.00.Only charged in case of (Smoking, Vomiting or Trashing the limo) NO Exceptions.
3- The client assumes full financial liability for any damages to TV’s, Radio or DVD Player caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party with a minimum fee of $400 depending on the damaged item price.
4- It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
5- Smoking is not permitted in all of our limousines
6- Drug use is prohibited by law, ride will be terminated immediately with no refunds, and any fines as a result of drug use inside our limos will be paid for by the customer in full plus all legal and attorney’s fees
7- The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
8- Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible to provide a similar or an upgraded vehicle to continue the ride or making up lost time at a mutually agreed date if that is the customer wish.
9- Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet and the rate will depend on the hourly rate of the requested vehicle.
10- Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
11- Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
12- Balances must be paid in full prior to rendering the service. If paying by credit card we will charge the card on file 24 hours before the service date. If paying by cash you must pay in full to the driver before the beginning of the service. If paying by checks you will need to pay balances in full two weeks prior to the service date.
13- It is Illegal to load our Vehicles beyond seating capacity.
14. For outstation travel (over 25 miles from origin city) fuel surcharge and overtime drive charges may apply. This is subject to distance travelled and delays involved.
15. For larger vehicles (over 7 passengers) cancellation and modification is NOT allowed within 72 hours. In case reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of service time then NO refunds will be payable. There will be a refund of 50% of total service fee if the cancellation/modification is done prior to 72 hours of service time.
